Cancellations made 24 hours or more before your appointment: Full refund
Cancellations made less than 24 hours in advance: Subject to a $50 cancellation fee
If our team arrives and is unable to access your property, or the client is not present during the agreed time, a $75 no-show fee may apply.
If you’re not satisfied with our service, please notify us within 24 hours. We will review your case and, if appropriate:
Revisit to correct the issue at no cost, or
Offer a partial or full refund based on the scope of service and concern.
We do not issue refunds for:
Items that are not removable due to legality, hazard, or safety concerns
Services already completed without prior concern raised
Client misrepresentation of the job scope (e.g., underreporting item size or volume)
