Refund Policy

Customer satisfaction is important to us at Express Clean Up. Our refund policy ensures fairness for both parties while maintaining service quality.

1. Cancellations

  • Cancellations made 24 hours or more before your appointment: Full refund

  • Cancellations made less than 24 hours in advance: Subject to a $50 cancellation fee

2. No-Show or Inaccessible Property

If our team arrives and is unable to access your property, or the client is not present during the agreed time, a $75 no-show fee may apply.

3. Unsatisfactory Service

If you’re not satisfied with our service, please notify us within 24 hours. We will review your case and, if appropriate:

  • Revisit to correct the issue at no cost, or

  • Offer a partial or full refund based on the scope of service and concern.

4. Non-Refundable Situations

We do not issue refunds for:

  • Items that are not removable due to legality, hazard, or safety concerns

  • Services already completed without prior concern raised

  • Client misrepresentation of the job scope (e.g., underreporting item size or volume)

5. Payment Disputes

Please contact us before initiating a payment dispute. We’re committed to resolving issues professionally and fairly.
