1. Scope of Service

We provide residential and commercial junk removal services, including furniture disposal, appliance pickup, yard waste removal, construction debris cleanup, and estate cleanouts. We do not remove hazardous materials such as chemicals, asbestos, or biohazard waste.

2. Scheduling & Access

Customers must schedule service appointments in advance. We require accurate address details and access instructions. If our team cannot access the property, a rescheduling fee may apply.

3. Estimates & Pricing

Quotes provided are based on the type, volume, and weight of items. Final pricing may vary depending on the actual material removed. All prices will be confirmed before the service begins. Payment is due upon completion unless otherwise agreed.

4. Payment Methods

We accept major credit/debit cards, cash, and approved electronic transfers. A receipt will be provided after payment.

5. Cancellations & No-Shows

Appointments must be cancelled at least 24 hours in advance to avoid a $50 late cancellation fee. If our team arrives and the client is not available or access is restricted, a $75 no-show fee may apply.

6. Item Limitations

We reserve the right to refuse the removal of items that:

• Pose a safety risk to our team

• Are hazardous or illegal

• Were not disclosed at the time of estimate

7. Damage & Liability

Our team is trained to perform removals with care. Express Clean Up is fully insured. However, we are not liable for damage to property caused by poor structural integrity (e.g., weak flooring, unsecured shelving) or unpermitted access paths.

8. Use of Website

You agree not to misuse our website for spam, fraud, or uploading harmful code. Unauthorized use may lead to legal action.
